Hello World. Please Give Input.

Dear World, particularly those desiring to buy, sell, or invest in real estate:

The following is what you should expect from this blog.

Please respond to the questions about your input.

After this post, there will be a period of time in which I will be marketing this blog, which began minutes ago, and obviously no one else has yet known of it. In order to ensure that we connect and you are aware that I am actively posting to this blog, you are invited to email me at the link provided and request to be on the Real Estate Musings blog notification list. At any time there is a future blog posting, I will email you; you can change that subscription at any time.

Most likely I will give it at least four weeks to gather input from you and others. After that time I expect to post a new article, new information, comments, ideas, photos, or any degree of real estate information at least once a week. Most likely I will submit a more formal entry about once a week, followed by short responses or discussions with users every 3 to 4 days, as needed.

Respond With Your Input:
What real estate information would be most valuable to you?
If you are selling a home, what advice or resources do you need?
If you are buying, what is foremost on your mind - what do you wish to read about?
If you are investing, what would perk your interest?

Certain information, such as my private contact and business resources or contact information of sellers of real estate, will be reserved for use during my personal client representation. This blog will be about information which is not confidential or client-privileged. For instance, I may write about negotiation and engagement between buyers and sellers, about what to seek in a real estate agent, about the emerging green building industry, about community development and real estate investing, and other such topics that interest viewers.

If you chose not to provide your contact information, I suggest checking back into this blog about January 25, 2007. However, word to the wise: There may be very valuable information in the meantime that I do not want you to miss out on, so please sign up for notifications by emailing me today, and your personal information will be kept private.

Get Moving Forward!
Richard McCollim,
